I retain the rights of the sketches and WIPs I send for approval.

Commission price list and art pieces are for all non-commercial use.

I can draw: ferals, animals, fantasy creatures, closed species, gijinkas, human, humanoid, and anthro.

I don't draw NSFW, Mature, R18+, gore, mechas, sensitive content, or any other content that support any kind of discrimination or abuse.

Final product is a DIGITAL FILE (.png or .jpg format), no physical item is delivered.

Filling the commission form when my commissions are OPEN.

Twitter message / Instagram message / or *Discord Message (mutuals only) if you have any doubt about the commissions.

The conversation is commission-related; I won’t continue chatting or conversations on other topics.

If all the available commission slots are already taken before you send your commission form; I will inform you via the contact method provided; if a previous commission payment was canceled due to payment deadline; I will inform the user/person next on the queue (the next slot after they have been closed).

If I’m unable to take your commission or decline for another reason, I will inform you via the contact method provided.

I will automatically decline commission requests from users/people I have personally blacklisted and blocked; I won’t make any contact or send any information about their commission being declined. This will be considered block evading and harassment.

I don't send un-watermarked pieces; they have a personal signature on them.

All commissions are digital art illustrations. I don’t print, deliver or ship them to any country.

The file is a digital art file. PNG format or. JPG format sent via e-mail, Twitter direct message, or discord message. I don’t send the. PSD or editable file with layers of the commission.

By filling the commission form you abide by and accept that the characters belong to you or have the rights and/or permission to commission them.

Work in Progress (WIP) screen captures are sent via the contact method provided for the different stages of the digital art: Pose approval, sketch, line art, colors, and final review.

Take your time to check each step; once a pose has been chosen it’s not available for change; minor changes of the lineart are accepted for a fix. Take your time checking each process.

A deadline of 1 week is given as a maximum per each stage; if I don’t get a reply back between the next 7 days after sending the process stage I will continue and proceed with the commission. The quicker you reply, the faster the commission will be done. There are no refunds! Check carefully!

Extra note: making fixes or changes at the sketch is quicker than making them on the lineart; line art minor - minimal fixes are okay; any other changes will be charged with an extra $USD fee (case by case).

If a user/person takes time replying or asks for major changes to the sketch or the lineart art (after paying the extra fee), the commission will be moved on the queue to the last spots.

After finishing and sending the digital art piece you have 1 week to ask for minor fixes (minimal ones; not a pose change or all the hairstyle changed). After 1 week, minor fixes won’t be allowed.

Deadlines for completion could vary from less than a week to 3 weeks as maximum (case by case). You can contact check my “Trello Public account” to check the status of your commission and the order on the queue.

Commissioner must provide a clear picture reference(s) at the form for the commission. Unclear references, sketches references, or text descriptions won’t be allowed as references and the commission will be declined. Sending multiple references of the same characters for details is okay!

Commissioner must notify about any extra missing information or detail for the character commissioned. Ex: a tattoo / a necklace accessory detail that is not visible on the reference, and related.

Pose and personality information is not required for the commission; however, if they are not provided I will randomly sketch ones, and will take me more time. Gestures or minimal pose changes would be okay if any of those 2 points are not provided. For an accurate commission following your character personality or pose you have in mind, you can provide the necessary information at the form.

You can choose “Extra free options” that are not added as an extra fee, if nothing is selected they won’t be added.

“Extra Fee options” will sum an additional $USD fee for the commission, previously discussed with me.

Payment is $USD only via Paypal Invoice. Don’t send any payment before my confirmation, payments are via Paypal invoice only!

By filling the form you confirm and abide by the person/name in charge of the PayPal email is you, or a person responsible on your behalf for payments.

There are no discounts for additional characters; each additional character will count for the commission as a singular one.

There are no refunds after I accepted the commission and/or payment is sent. Check beforehand if you have the amount and payment ready before filling the form. Payment is due after 48 hours of sending the invoice. After 48 hours, if the invoice is unpaid, the commission will be canceled. User(s) and an e-mail will be added to a blacklist, and won’t be able to commission me again. If you’re unable to pay during the next 48 hours for any external issue, message me and I will give an extension of 24 hours.

There are no refunds for other sales. Ie. Character designs / designs / alternative versions and digital art in general.

The payment plan option is available for amounts higher than USD 200. Check at the end all the payment plan information.

Payment is only in $USD; payment from another country must be converted to $ USD before paying the invoice.

Your slot is added to the queue after paying the invoice.

I don't trust shell, new, or super recent accounts without activity or with suspicious activities (selling, buying things with just one or a week older). If you're trying to commission me, I'm going to decline it.

Amounts higher than USD 200 are eligible for the payment plan option (partial payment option from Paypal Invoice). However, commission(s) will be added to the queue once if fully paid.

Ask about the payment plan option before I send the invoice and confirm your commission request.

A payment invoice is sent in full with partial payment allowed. Invoice won’t be sent to multiple accounts.

The first payment is 30% of the total amount, it’s not refundable. Take into consideration if you back out, I won’t refund the money. Double-check before filling the form that you have the total amount for payment between the time estimated for the payment plan.

No more than 2 months for payment plan options. Notify which dates you are going to pay the resting amount so I can send you reminders.

If a payment is delayed I will contact you with the contact method you provided, if after 1 week I have no response I will cancel the commission and no refund will be given. I will add the user/person to my blacklist.

Size is between than 800x800 & 700x700 pixels.

Expression, background color, and flower are requested by the user.

Super complex design/patterns and related will be simplified so it will fit the lifeless portrait.

Extra fee for additional or complex items / accessories / flowers for the neck crown. Starting price from + $5 USD.

FOR: Kemono, gijinkas, humans, ferals, closed species, animal, creatures, and anthro.

Small and simple minimal shaded chibis shaded. Draw and shadows are not super detailed.

Minimal simple cell shade, not a lot of details for the lineart or the shadows.

Size is between than 1000x1000 & 700x700 pixels (could vary depending on the reference).

Extra fee for: complex designs / accessories / wings: Starting from + $7 USD

Square colored background is optional, user tells the color for it.

FOR: Kemono, gijinkas, humans, ferals, closed species, animal, creatures, and anthro.

Soft and cel-shading with some blur extra effects (optional).

It has a more detailed lineart and shading. Size is between 1500x1500 & 1000x1000 pixels (could vary depending on the reference and pose).

Human/Humanoid and Gjinkas have a semi-chibi result (longer).

Extra fee for complex designs / accessories / wings: Starting from + USD 7

Square colored background is optional, the user tells the color for it.

FOR: Kemono, gijinkas, humans, ferals, closed species, animal, creatures, and anthro.

They can be used for master list arts for Closed species sites, as long that credit is given!

The user will get a shaded version; a flat version is available if requested by the user for masterlist tart or reference.

Size varies depending on the reference and pose.

Information about the design is asked before starting (details or information not visible on the reference. Ie. earring, tattoo,so on); missing information that will lead to drastic or moderate changes of the pose or lineart will be done with an additional fee.

The blur effect is optional.

IMPORTANT: Traits or design updates/changes to the character you own are labeled under "Custom Design Commission" instead. Check availability.

Extra fee for complex designs/accessories/wings: Starting from+ $10 USD

The background is not included. Splash art style or simple background has an additional fee, starting price depends on the complexity of the request.
